These Terms of Service (“ToS”) define the rules and obligations for any user (“Player”) accessing the CobbleSaga website or server.
By connecting to the server or using the website, the Player fully accepts these terms.

2. Server Access

Access to the CobbleSaga server is reserved for players with a valid Minecraft account and a compatible game version.
The server reserves the right to limit, suspend, or revoke access during maintenance, technical issues, or in case of ToS violations.

3. Behavior and Rules

Players must respect:

• Server rules displayed on the website or in-game,

• Other players, avoiding harassment, discriminatory, or offensive language,

• Applicable laws regarding online behavior and content.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary or permanent mute, or ban.

4. User-Generated Content

Players may create and share content (villages, builds, forum posts, etc.).
Players retain ownership of their creations but grant CobbleSaga permission to use them on the website or social media for promotion purposes.

All content must comply with applicable laws and must not include illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material.

5. Accounts and Security

Players are fully responsible for their Minecraft account and credentials.

• Never share your password.

• CobbleSaga is not responsible for unauthorized access or misuse of accounts.

Any account abuse, hacking, or fraudulent use may result in immediate suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

The server, its resources, images, plugins, and designs are the exclusive property of CobbleSaga or its partners.
No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is allowed without written consent.

7. Liability

CobbleSaga is not responsible for:

• Server downtime or interruptions,

• Loss of in-game data or items,

• Incompatibility with third-party mods or software.

Players use the server at their own risk and agree to respect these conditions.

8. Modification of the Terms

CobbleSaga may update these Terms at any time.
The version applicable is the one published on the website at the time of connection or server use.
Players are encouraged to review this page regularly.

9. Legal Notice

CobbleSaga is an independent Cobblemon Minecraft server and is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft.
All trademarks and names related to Minecraft or Cobblemon belong to their respective owners.
