1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) define the contractual relationship between CobbleSaga and any individual (“the Customer”) making a purchase on the CobbleSaga website.
They apply to all digital products and services available through our online store.
By placing an order on the website, the Customer fully accepts these Terms.
2. Nature of Products
All products offered on CobbleSaga are digital goods intended for use exclusively within the CobbleSaga Minecraft server.
These include (but are not limited to) ranks, in-game currency, items, and access to certain features.
Products do not have real-world monetary value and are not physical goods.
Delivery is made automatically to the Minecraft account specified during checkout.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are automatically displayed in the currency of your region and may vary depending on your country of residence.
Payments are securely processed through Tebex (formerly Buycraft), our authorized payment platform.
CobbleSaga does not directly handle or store any payment information.
All transactions are subject to the terms and security policies of Tebex.
CobbleSaga reserves the right to update its prices or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of payment.
4. Delivery
Digital products are automatically credited to the Customer’s Minecraft account within a few minutes of successful payment.
In some cases, the process may take up to 24 hours due to technical reasons.
If you have not received your purchase after this delay, please contact our support team via Discord or at support@cobblesaga.net.
5. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable, as the goods sold are digital and delivered instantly.
No right of withdrawal applies to virtual items, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (where applicable).
Refunds will only be granted in the following cases:

Duplicate payments or technical errors during checkout,

Proven delivery failures attributable to CobbleSaga.
Requests for refund or dispute must be submitted via our support channel within 7 days of purchase.
6. Player Responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for:

Entering the correct Minecraft username during purchase,

Maintaining access to their account,

Complying with the server’s rules.
Purchasing a product or rank does not exempt a player from disciplinary measures (bans, mutes, etc.).
No refund will be provided if a player is sanctioned for violating server rules.
7. Use of Purchases
Digital products are strictly personal and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold.
CobbleSaga reserves the right to modify or remove any in-game feature at any time for balance or technical reasons.
Such modifications do not entitle the Customer to a refund or compensation.
8. Liability
CobbleSaga cannot be held responsible for:

Temporary or permanent server downtime,

Loss of virtual goods due to in-game bugs,

Malfunctions or incompatibilities with user-installed modifications.
All purchases are made at the Customer’s own risk, with full awareness that they concern non-essential virtual content.
9. Legal Notice and Affiliations
CobbleSaga is an independent Minecraft Cobblemon server created and managed by its own team.
We are not affiliated with Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries.
All trademarks and copyrights related to “Minecraft” or “Cobblemon” are the property of their respective owners.
